Message from Principal
Dear Aspirant,
I am extremely happy to welcome you to Kamala Nehru Mermorial National Arts and Science Women's College which was started exclusively to provide education to women, way back in 1965. The college offers B.A., B.Com., and other professional courses to empower women and make them self-reliant. All those who have left the portals of learning are well placed and have been actively engaged in the task of family and nation building.

The college offers B.A., B.Com., and other professional courses to empower women and make them self-reliant. All those who have left the portals of learning are well placed and have been actively engaged in the task of family and nation building.
Ours is the first women's college to be started in the entire district, to nurture all-round development and upward mobility of women. As part of our societal responsibility, we inculcate value based education, offer counselling, career guidance and placement assistance to make them economically independent to be equal with male partners in all spheres of life.
The college has a band of committed staff, good infrastructural facilities, a well equipped library, a waiting room named " Vishranthi," a computer centre and a gym. The college has been accredited at 'B' level by the NAAC and is hailed as the cultural hub of this vibrantly literature - centric Malnad which has produced great poets, politicians, artists and philonthrophists.
Here, at KNMNC, we serve to educate women, so that, in the due course, they educate others to serve.
